Linz company was founded in 2002 with the specialization of alternator production from an industrial project with the aim of product diversification in Italy. The ten-year experience of its designers, along with innovation, has quickly led to the development of a wide range of products that have high quality standards.
This company was formed from another company called Pedrollo, which is a pump manufacturing company. The many years of experience of this company’s designers along with their creativity, innovation and sense of development has been a factor in the direction of success and has opened the way for global markets. By improving the quality of its products, this company succeeded in obtaining the ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2004.
There is no replacement equipment for Linz parts, as it is their policy to manufacture LINZ alternators in only one location in the world. LINZ’s production process is very precise. LINZ alternator must be installed by professionals and according to standards. Non-standard use or installation of the LINZ alternator may damage it.
The materials used in the construction of these alternator are made of copper, metals and hard steels that can withstand high temperatures and vibrations. LINZ alternator have performed very well in quality control, because Linz alternator are mostly automatic. Also, high efficiency, compactness and mechanical strength, customizable, excellent waveform, wide range of functions, unique design, different and countless functions are some of the features of these alternators.
These alternator are marketed in single-phase and three-phase models.
LINZ single phase alternators
The single-phase alternators of this company are divided into two parts: 2-pole and 4-pole alternators without capacitor sweeps and 2-pole sweep alternators with electronic settings.
The single-phase Linz alternator is used for residential and rural areas, which have a lower load, due to the lower start-up cost compared to the three-phase model. In the stator coil of the single-phase LINZ alternator, equal and in-phase voltages are produced, and the coils are connected in series in this type of LINZ alternator.
LINZ Three-phase alternators
The Linz company’s three-phase alternators include different series of synchronous alternators that allow choosing the right solution for any type of application.
2 and 4 pole alternators with and without brushes, with electronic settings in compound or mixed form. In the three-phase type of LINZ alternator, three single-phase coils are used and the three phases are completely independent and isolated from each other.
