Diesel Generator Water Pre-Heater
The diesel generator water pre-heater is responsible for keeping the diesel generator ready for operation by heating the water in the engine when the diesel engine is off. Also, in low ambient temperatures, the time for the diesel generator to reach the desired speed and power increases, and it has a great effect on reducing the time for the diesel generator to reach the desired working temperature for overloading.
Also, by using a heater, the depreciation of the engine at the moment of starting is greatly reduced. In general, the use of diesel engine heaters increases the life and reduces the number of repairs in periods of time. The heater heats the water inside the diesel generator engine body. It adjusts its temperature so that the engine cylinder temperature is around 40-60 degrees.
Oil Heater
An oil heater is recommended in very cold weather. The task of the oil heater is to keep the oil warm in the cartel compartment of the diesel generator engine and thus make it smoother. The basis of the oil heater is a heater with a flat plate that is attached to the cartel area with a special adhesive. The oil heater is supplied in standard sizes and the number used is specified and recommended according to the coldness of the environment and of course the volume of the cartel.

Diesel engine fuel heater is used to prevent diesel freezing at -20 degrees. But it should be noted that using a direct heater in the fuel is very dangerous and if the thermostat does not work for any reason, your fuel may catch fire. Therefore, it is suggested to use the water heater as a tank next to the fuel.
Engine heater plug
When the diesel engine cannot be started easily due to low quality in its design or wearing out in cold weather, a part similar to a sensor called a heater plug is used. This part allows the fuel to be injected into the air manifold in the form of hot powder and can be ignited faster. The heater plug usually draws high amperage.
